Producing a Home Renovation Show for Kitchenaid

Overview

KitchenAid and Vox Media joined forces with All That’s Good Productions to produce a unique branded series: Design Minded. In this series, Neuroscientist Itai Palti and Interior Designer Sabrina Soto came together to creatively demonstrate how neuroaesthetics transforms home renovation. ATG’s experience producing home-renovation content for HGTV and major brands made our team the perfect fit to bring this project to life.

How We Pulled it Off

Discovery + Creative Strategy

We explored KitchenAid’s vision for incorporating their brand into the show. Knowing we were working with HGTV personality and interior designer Sabrina Soto, it made sense to format this show to emulate the style of a home renovation show with a refreshing creative edge, organically weaving in the brand presence throughout.

Pre-Production

We scouted war rooms and excursions for our talented hosts, locked in designers and contractors, and meticulously coordinated with talent in Atlanta and St. Paul to bring the vision to life. Additionally, we liaised with KitchenAid to ensure the right products were arriving on time and featured properly.

Production

Throughout production, our in-house crew traveled between locations to document progress on two separate kitchens for two separate stories. We directed the shoot and handled cinematography, ensuring every aspect was captured with precision.

Post-Production

In post-production, we crafted the series with our in-house team, maintaining open communication with the brand and agency to ensure alignment with the desired narrative. While our partners at Vox Creative provided guidance, they also granted us significant creative liberties. We managed everything from editing to motion graphics and music design, ensuring the series achieved its full potential.
