Transforming a SaaS Website

Project Overview

Constitute Software is an iPaaS built for higher education. Founded by software engineers, Consituo Software initially targeted IT leaders, but with 50% of key decision-makers being Admissions leaders, their message fell short in both visuals and content. We partnered with Constituo’s marketing team to design a brand new graphics package and completely revamp their website. The result is a modernized and clearer brand, and overall enhanced user experience.

WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

Constituo Software’s original site featured confusing navigation, muted colors, and generic visuals, doing little to differentiate the brand in a competitive market. Built on an outdated WordPress builder that hadn’t been maintained in years, even minor updates risked breaking the site, making efficient content management nearly impossible. We partnered closely with their marketing team to rethink the site from the ground up. With an intuitive new architecture, space to showcase new products, and clearer CTAs, we crafted a bold, cohesive brand presence with visuals that not only stand out but reflect Constituo’s solutions, mission, and personality. The redesigned site was built on a modern WordPress framework with streamlined backend functionality and updated plugins, ensuring a smooth, scalable user experience for both visitors and administrators.

Creative Strategy Meeting

We met with Constituo’s marketing team to better understand the brand’s identity and key offerings, and identify an overall visual identity.

Graphics Package Design

We reimagined Constituo’s brand with a more vibrant color palette and a custom suite of shapes and icons designed to reflect the brand’s flexibility, endless integrations, and ability to seamlessly connect campus systems.

Website Mockup

We applied our new visual suite to a full website mockup, carefully designing page layouts and navigation to be intuitive and user-friendly. We worked with the team to refine the experience in real time, ensuring both form and function aligned with their goals.

Step 4:

Website Development

We brought the designs to life using the Elementor WordPress builder, allowing for full customization while ensuring the backend remained user-friendly for Constituo’s team.

Step 5:

Testing & Launch

Before going live, we conducted thorough testing across devices and browsers to ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. From fine-tuning functionality to catching any last-minute glitches, we delivered a polished site ready to support Constituo’s growth.
