MLB Network partnered with us to produce a profile piece on Bobby Witt Jr., the 2nd overall pick in the 2019 MLB Draft. We captured a pivotal moment in his high-school journey, when baseball commitments outweighed typical teenage milestones like prom. The result is an intimate, story-driven piece that gave audiences a deeper look into Witt’s dedication and rise as a future star.

How We Pulled it Off

Pre-Production

We coordinated all logistics for this Dallas-based shoot, aligning with Bobby Witt Jr.’s baseball and personal schedule. Working closely with MLB Network, we developed a production plan that fit their deliverables and ensured seamless execution.

Production

Our crew spent three days on location capturing Bobby’s story. We filmed exclusive interviews with Bobby Witt Jr., Bobby Witt Sr., Rusty Greer, and Mason Greer, along with Bobby’s mom, sister, and coach. We documented Bobby’s championship game, the game that replaced what would have been his prom night, and his daily life as a top MLB prospect.

Post-Production

We handled the full post-production process, including editing, color, sound design, and final delivery, shaping the footage into a compelling, docu-style profile for MLB Network.
